To deliver your order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and map location, the items you ordered, the amount and the payment method you chose. We use it to prepare, deliver and support your order and to run your loyalty points.
If you accept marketing cookies, we share the following with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook and Instagram): pages you view, products you open, searches you make, items you add to the cart, when you start checkout, confirmed orders with their value and currency, and your contact clicks. For confirmed orders our server also sends the order value, currency and items, plus your phone number and first name in a hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the sale to an ad.
Purposes: measuring which ads lead to orders and optimising our ad delivery. Hashing protects the data in transit but is not anonymisation, which is why we ask for your consent first.
If you reject, we load no Meta pixel, send no server events and share no identifiers. Browsing, ordering and loyalty points work exactly the same.
We record your choice (accept or reject), the date and the version of this notice you saw. You can change it at any time — the change applies immediately to browser and server tracking. Events already sent before you withdraw cannot be recalled, but nothing new is sent afterwards.
